If you only have a few items to sell, they are clean and each item is expected to bring over $100 is a 20% commission rate.
Estate & Downsizing
If you don't know what you have and don't know what to do this is where we shine. We will sit down with you, figure out what you have, schedule a date and time for you to drop the items off with us and about a month later you will swing back in to get your check minus our 40% commission rate. It's that easy.
How Long Do Auctions Run
No less than 10 days, we try for 2 weeks.
*There are situations with higher end items or unique specific interest auctions that we will run longer auctions. This will be determined at and with the discretion of the seller.
What If My Stuff Is No Good and Wont Sell
Let us worry about that. If we don't think we can get the items to sell we will tell you in advance and keep those items out of the auction and then you can either pick those items back up or just let us deal with it.
If there are lots that we do put in the auction and they don't sell it is up to you again. You can pick those items back up or you can go ahead and let us get rid of the items
Where is the Auction Held
We are a strictly online auction house when it comes to bidding and pickup for items will be at our store located at 71 Minnesota Ave Breckenridge, MN 56520. Our bidding platform is on K-Bid.
Are You K--Bid
Amundson Auctions we use the K-Bid platform to run the auctions but Amundson Auctions is 100% owner of this auction house. K-Bid is just a safe area to host the auctions.
